Meet the Team

Amy is a licensed Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser. She has been in real estate sales since 2000. Amy is a native of Wayne and knows the town well. After a series of job relocations, she and her husband, Corby, have made Wayne their home since 1999.

Amy understands the demands, questions, and needs that arise from the long distance relocations as well as the simple move across town. If you are looking for a real estate agent with the highest level of service and integrity to make your process of buying or selling real estate a positive experience, this is the agent to use.

In addition to her real estate education and experience, Amy is an Interior Design graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has enjoyed using her design background to assist buyers and sellers in seeing the possibilities each property has to offer.

Property Exchange Partners Real Estate is happy to announce the addition of Dean Carroll as a licensed real estate sales associate. 

Dean has been a long-time Wayne resident.  After graduating from Wayne High School, he attended Wayne State College, majoring in business management. With a business degree in hand, Dean has worked  as a manager of Pamida here in Wayne ,  Homestead Homes as a sales manager, and currently is working at Mid States School Bus as a corporate development manager.

Dean’s family includes wife, Shelly, dental assistant for Dr. Bierbower in Wakefield, and two sons, Derek and Taylor. Derek attended Wayne State College and currently is enlisted with the United States Navy. Taylor is currently attending college at the University of Nebraska-Kearney.

With Dean’s background in home design, sales, and financing, he will be a great fit to help buyers and sellers in all aspects of their housing needs.   Dean is looking forward and excited about working with Amy Schweers and her staff at Property Exchange Partners.

Property Exchange Partners has continued to serve those in the Wayne area with residential, farm, and commercial real estate needs.  The company is comprised of Amy Schweers and Darrel Fuelberth, licensed brokers, Shalee Hoffman, office manager, and Amber Sperry, office assistant.

Darrel has been a licensed broker since 1967. His father started the business in 1956, and Darrel joined the firm in 1966. In 1973 he became a licensed appraiser.

Darrel is a graduate of Wayne State College, and also attended the University of Kansas.

He has two sons, Dean, who works for a computer company in Omaha, and Brett, who is the choral director at Iowa Lakes Community College in Estherville, IA.
