Meet the Team

Amy is a licensed broker and registered appraiser. She has been in real estate sales since 2000. Amy is a native of Wayne and knows the town well. After a series of job relocations, she and her husband, Corby, have made Wayne their home since 1999.

Amy understands the demands, questions, and needs that arise from the long distance relocations as well as the simple move across town. If you are looking for a real estate sales associate with the highest level of service and integrity to make your process of buying or selling real estate a positive experience for all parties, this is the agent to use.

In addition to her real estate education and experience, Amy is an Interior Design graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has enjoyed using her design background to assist buyers and sellers in seeing the possibilities each property has to offer.

Darrel has been a licensed broker since 1967. His father started the business in 1956, and Darrel joined the firm in 1966. In 1973 he became a licensed appraiser.

Darrel is a graduate of Wayne State College, and also attended the University of Kansas.

He has two sons, Dean, 35, who works for a computer company in Omaha, and Brett, 32, who is the choral director at Iowa Lakes Community College in Estherville, IA.
