Meet the Team

Amy is a licensed Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser. She has been in real estate sales since 2000. Amy is a native of Wayne and knows the town well. After a series of job relocations, she and her husband, Corby, have made Wayne their home since 1999.

Amy understands the demands, questions, and needs that arise from the long distance relocations as well as the simple move across town. If you are looking for a real estate agent with the highest level of service and integrity to make your process of buying or selling real estate a positive experience, this is the agent to use.

In addition to her real estate education and experience, Amy is an Interior Design graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has enjoyed using her design background to assist buyers and sellers in seeing the possibilities each property has to offer.

Kari, a Nebraska native, grew up in York and Polk counties. After graduating from Osceola High School, she attended Wayne State College where she met her husband Jon. With a business degree in hand, Kari has worked in the banking industry as a teller, mortgage loan originator, and Assistant Vice President of lending in South Sioux City.

In 2004, Kari and her family returned to Wayne where she has been employed as the office manager for Property Exchange Partners. Although it wasn’t until 2008 when Kari obtained her sales associate real estate license. She is well versed and knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate business.

Kari’s family includes, husband, Jon, employed full time with the Nebraska National Guard, and two boys, Mason and Parker.

Kari is looking forward to using her real estate experience, long-ties to Wayne, and knowledge of real estate finance, to help buyers and sellers in making their dreams come true.

Darrel has been a licensed broker since 1967. His father started the business in 1956, and Darrel joined the firm in 1966. In 1973 he became a licensed appraiser.

Darrel is a graduate of Wayne State College, and also attended the University of Kansas.

He has two sons, Dean, who works for a computer company in Omaha, and Brett, who is the choral director at Iowa Lakes Community College in Estherville, IA.
